Summer Fun

So this week we took the kids to this housing development in town that has a park with this cool water feature. It is just a bunch of concrete but with holes in it and a few round fountain gadgets for water to come out of. It seems to be a really popular place. The only catch is that the water features only stay on for about five minutes at a time and then you have to push a button on this pole to get them started again. Well, needless to say, the crowd thinned out considerably when a few of the kids couldn't figure it out and their parents took them home thinking that it was turned off for the day. I suppose we could have showed them how it worked, but we were too busy eating our lunch. Oops!!!!

Lesson Learned: Peeing in the pool isn't the only way to clear out a water park!
